KPMT was founded in 2016 to help meet the needs of health and wellness for the Kenai Peninsula communities we love so much. We enjoy volunteering at local athletic events and preforming out call chair massage services to our local community. Our office is a two block walk from the Kenai River, next to old Kaladi Brothers in Soldotna


We provide Therapeutic Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Therapeutic Cupping, Ashiatsu, Sports Stretching, Kinesiotaping, Pregnancy massage and much more in an environment suitable for deep relaxation.

At KPMT, we strive to enable our clients to help themselves achieve balance, joy, and serenity in their lives along with facilitating healing in times of injury and dysfunction.

Restorative therapies, such as massage therapy, produce the best results when the client feels comfortable and has confidence in their practitioner’s knowledge and experience.

The Five Tibetans sequence

Intention: Energetic Alignment/longevity
The Five Tibetan Sequence otherwise called the Five Tibetan Rites forms part of Tibetan Yoga. This set of 5 postures(asana) when done in succession activates the magnetic centers (chakras) in the body, bringing balance into them. This further encourages proper flow of energy that is evenly distributed in the body.
Forming part of the Tibetan Yoga, the Five Tibetan Sequence or Five Tibetan Rites are simple body movements done in pairs, and are repeated many times in succession. It is a full body stretch that can be compared to Hatha yoga's Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation).
The Five Tibetans Sequence helps boost energy in the body and can be included in any flow yoga sequence.
